This policy outlines the fulfillment process, timelines, and costs for orders placed through The GWP Workshop's online storefronts (including Touché Hombre, GWA Merch, and physical magazine subscriptions).
1. Understanding Our Fulfillment Model (Print-on-Demand)
The GWP Workshop uses a Print-on-Demand (POD) fulfillment strategy. This means that your product is custom-made for you only after you place your order. Our fulfillment process is divided into two distinct phases:

| 2. Shipping Time | The time required for the shipping carrier to transport the order from the fulfillment facility to your delivery address. | 3–7 Business Days (Standard US Domestic) |
Total delivery time is the sum of the Processing Time and the Shipping Time.
2. Fulfillment & Shipment of Orders

Multiple Shipments: We utilize several specialized fulfillment partners (e.g., Printful for apparel, Mixam for magazines, and others for specific collectibles). If your order contains items from different categories (e.g., a Touché Hombre t-shirt and a Western Wrestling Chronicles magazine), they will be shipped separately and may arrive on different days. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

Shipping Carriers: We use standard carriers for domestic delivery, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier is determined by our fulfillment partner based on location and speed.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information.
3. Shipping Rates and Costs

Domestic (US): We offer standard, calculated rates based on the size and weight of your item(s).

International: We currently do not offer standard international shipping. If you require shipping outside of the United States, please contact our support team at [service@greatwesternproductions.com] for a custom quote before placing your order.
4. Delivery Issues, Risk, and Liability

Risk of Loss: As per our Terms of Service, once The GWP Workshop transfers the product to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect or undeliverable address, the order may be returned to the fulfillment facility. You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment once the correct address is provided.

Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or transit handling, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Please refer to our Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy for instructions on initiating a claim within 7 days of delivery.
5. Non-Shippable Items
This Shipping Policy does not apply to the following products:

Digital Services: Heartline Songsmith custom songs, which are delivered digitally via email or private link.

Digital Media: Digital magazine downloads or e-books.

B2B Services: Consulting and licensing agreements.
