Condition of the Heartline Songsmith Guarantee (IP Rights Reversion)

IP Rights Reversion: The Heartline Songsmith Guarantee is conditional. Should a customer initiate a full refund after receiving the final track, they legally forfeit all rights to the custom song and associated media (e.g., the "Premier Vid" video), which automatically transfers back to The GWP Workshop, LLC. The customer must certify that all copies of the final delivered media have been destroyed.
