1. The Heartline Songsmith Guarantee (Services)
Because we believe so strongly in the quality and emotional resonance of our custom songs, we offer an unconditional guarantee on the complete Heartline Songsmith experience.

We guarantee you will be satisfied with the final narrative and music of your custom song. If you are not satisfied with your final track after utilizing the included revision round, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked. |

This guarantee is offered after the song is fully produced and delivered to you, provided you have utilized the single included revision round during the "Track Vision" phase. |

The refund process will be initiated within 5 business days of your final request. |
Important Note on Rights: Should a full refund be issued, the Customer loses all rights to the custom song and associated media (e.g., the "Premier Vid" video) and must destroy all copies. The intellectual property for the refunded song is automatically transferred back to The GWP Workshop.
2. Policy for Physical Goods (Merchandise, Apparel, Collectibles)
This policy covers physical items where production involves manufacturing costs (e.g., apparel, posters, trading cards).

This policy covers items where intellectual property and access are delivered instantly upon purchase.
